No hesitation in recommending. It is difficult to find a company that you would recommend nowadays. However, this is a simple one and I would not hesitate. James and his team have worked on several projects for us and we will always continue to recommend them. They are always professional, responsive and deliver what they promise. The work was always been carried out to a high standard. Nothing is ever too much trouble for James or his team. They also always manage to deal with my high level of attention to detail. That deserves an extra star for that!

I have worked for this Company on and off since they started. The company has a lot to learn about people. It’s very apparent they do not look after their own and will stop at nothing to try and be a huge corporate enterprise. They will learn one day how important the people around them are and treat them with respect. Very inexperienced owners when it comes to the day to day running of a company and if HR is the owners wife then there is a huge conflict of interest. I know all their contractors who will all say the same things and it’s a real shame because the Tenders they get are very enjoyable

James and Sophie ensure all of their people at Calztec have access to physical and mental wellbeing consultancy throughout their time at the company with no expense spared. All Calztec employees have regular health checks, postural and DSE assessments to ensure they are healthy, pain-free and productive for work and life. Great company, great people and great owners! I have dealt with Sam Jarvis from Calztec a few times now and he is nothing but a pleasure to work with. Unprofessional time wasting employer, after 2 interviews they took another Manager, which ok they said couldn’t afford myself. 3 weeks later call me back, said they made a mistake and would I be interested in starting, 3rd interview agreed contract on a Friday all shook hands and agreed to start following Monday, very happy. I then turned down another job opportunity looking forward to starting Monday morning. 7pm Sunday night cancelled our agreement and told me they had changed their minds ! So over one weekend I lost two Managers jobs due to Calztec !! Oh and check the 5 star review of themselves by the owner below states ‘ cannot fault them’ surely your not allowed to review yourself !
