Great shop reasonable prices I will be ordering my egg3 houndtooth pram soon

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Rebecca and the team have been so helpful with my order from the get go. Helping me choose a travel system, ordering and storing it all for me until I was ready to collect. They also have exchanged an item for me, with no questions asked when I changed my mind. They truly care about their customers and the quality of the items they stock. I’ve also found it the best for pricing for a lot of items! It has been refreshing to buy from a small local business. Thank you!

Hands down the best shopping experience I have ever had. Every staff member is extremely friendly and their knowledge on all things baby is incredible, our advisor Claire was incredible and really patient with us. As a first time parent and not understanding prams, I now feel fully equipped for what is to come.

Well worth a visit. Went on Friday with my best friend shopping for my grandson, I got so many things and didn't break the bank. Rebecca was very helpful, attentive, patient, professional and above all friendly. Will make a return visit. Highly recommended!!!

A lovely sales assistant Ella helped us. Very friendly and nothing was too much. Answered all of our questions and sought clarification from her manager when unsure. Did great demonstrations and made a lot of effort to compare the details of Icandy/Egg without pushing one or the other, simple stating the facts. Absolutely no pressure put on us to make a purchase. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

What an Aladin's cave of everything you could need. The owner was super knowledgeable and not at all pushy. We came away with some great products and hope to go back soon for some of the big ticket items. My mum has mobility issues and is particularly worried about Covid-19 at the moment. The store owner went above and beyond to help.

We had to wait 10 mins for customers to leave. My daughters were with me which I appreciated as I know its only 2 customers allowed per party at the moment. Spent 10 mins in the store, assistant wasn't very helpful and expected us to know the questions we needed to ask. Was shown one pram then told that my daughters would have to wait outside but I could shop for another 10 mins as the next customers were here (10 mins early). Very upset and disappointed with my 10 minute apt and the unhelpfulness Appointments need to be longer or the shop stricter on letting you in on time

Absolutely appalling I ordered my oyster 3 pushchair in January I got told it would be here by the end February it’s now coming to the end of March and I’m still waiting on parts car seat/footmuff/changing bag! my baby was born 2 weeks ago and we haven’t been able to have the car seat I wanted and had to use a loan one this has upset me as I’ve just been told it will be here now mid of April so my baby will be nearly outgrown it we have paid in full for this too!! I get that COVID is a situation atm but I know others that have used these before COVID and have had the same issue! We haven’t even had an apology or offered a refund of some sort!

Found the woman working there rude and made my husband and I feel awkward. 4-5 months pregnant and felt I was being told off for not buying a pram yet. Wouldn't go again.

Me and my partner have been to the baby barn twice now and on our second visit we finally found our perfect pram for our little boy, staff are super friendly and so helpful nothing is to much trouble and they gave plenty of knowlage on the products that they sell its a beautiful little shop and I know we shall be coming there a fair bit to get more of our sons bits and pieces before he's born great shop x
