I've patiently waited before posting this review because I regard myself a reasonable person. I had an excellent experience with the sales team initially who seemed genuinely keen to get me the best deal possible deal. I was told the turn around for my vehicle would be 4-6 weeks. At the time of writing this email, I have been waiting 10 months. No you didn't misread that. 10 long months. Every single month, without fail, they delay the delivery date. Sometimes delayed 2 days before the supposed delivery. Constantly told it isn't there fault, but frankly, they are the ones that advertised the turn around time and over sold vehicles the don't have capacity to supply. You would think I've been offered compensation by now? No, nothing. Still waiting. This car may never come. Please don't use this company.

Should of wrote this a while ago now. Shocking company, leased me a car falsely explaining I could be main insurer when leasing it in family another family members name. When I paid my full in Insurance I sent proof of insurance and then was told I couldnt do this! I told them that they said I could and they shut me down and said I “misunderstood” them. I asked for proof they didn’t tell me with recorded calls and they shut this down because they new they was wrong. Furthermore, the car took over 2 months to arrive and I was told 3-4 different dates it would come. The 3rd date I was told was 03/03 and it came around 22/03, bare in mind I was told different dates before this! I called the company they get there cars from who agreed with us and got our money back and agreed they lied to us. We got told by lease hub to not contact them but we ignored and good that we did or nothing would of been sorted. Caroline is a liar and so is Steve( I think his name is). Shocking service would not recommend if your under age of 20 they will take advantage and take your money under false hope. Thanks
